Returns & Exchanges

At With Jéan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 21 days of the delivery date, provided items are in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at your nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
